ICS is seeking an HR professional with 2 – 3 years' relevant experience to work on the following projects: Prepare offer letters Conducting monthly benefit audits Job postings Data cleansing for HR Employee files Monthly reporting for HR metrics (headcount, turnover) Other HR projects as required The successful candidate will have the following skills: Strong data management and analytics skills Expert level skills with micro-soft office suite Proficient with mail merge, pivot tables, v look up Experience with ADP Workforce Now Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
