    One of our growing clients is bringing innovative technologies and systems to the concrete, asphalt and building materials industry globally.

    We have an immeidate need for an Administrative Assistant that will support the managers and their teams with KPI reports on a weekly/monthly basis.

    The ideal candidate will have Advanced Excel experience and enjoy multi-tasking as you will also process expense reports, set up meetings, and manage calendars.

    What You'll Do

    Support management team with reporting via Excel, Word and CRM systems

    Facilitates creation of weekly/monthly KPIs

    Ability to update existing spreadsheets and reporting as well as think creatively to enhance the process and efficiency

    Maintain corporate phone lists, ensuring they are accurate and up to date

    Retrieve and distribute incoming mail

    Schedule/Prepare conference rooms for meetings, maintaining orderly common areas, and outgoing mail

    File corporate documents as needed

    Answer multiline telephone in a positive and professional manner, including assessing the needs of the caller and routing calls to the appropriate parties

    Maintain the stock levels for office and break room supplies and submit purchase requests to management when necessary

    Coordinate and plan company social events and lunches that take place during and after business hours

    Assist in office and workstation readiness for new employees

    What You'll Bring

    1+ years of experience supporting a fast-paced office and team

    Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

    Pleasant demeanor and positive attitude

    Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

    Ability to assess caller needs and determine appropriate action

    Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook required
