We are looking for an experienced Sr. Developer to join the Commodities in Houston as a developer on the Front Office Systems team. Key duties will be supporting the existing .NET applications utilized by the Energy trading businesses, as well as the various development teams around the globe where these tools and applications are used. Key first-year deliverables will include relaunch of enhancement requests implemented using Agile methodologies. Using your attention to detail you will build automation and resiliency solutions for existing processes (continuous integration with Bamboo). Your drive for continuous improvement will be required as you extend and enhance testing and deployment mechanisms for various applications/tools. As well as enable the transition of existing systems to a cloud-ready architecture. First class development skills will be used as you develop high quality, low maintenance software solutions for our users. In addition you will leverage log and performance metrics to identify key bottle necks. If you have a strong computer science background, an understanding of data structures and OS fundamentals, proficiency in C#, SQL and are looking for a role where you can work directly with Front Office
