Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas.
May include hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications.
Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes.
Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations.
This person will be a senior developer on the Trade Capture application.
The right candidate should have experience with Trade Capture applications along with development experience with JAVA/J2EE/Kafka and related technologies
Requirements:
Extensive experience with Core Java and Spring framework
Experience with Microservices
Stong database experience - SQL or Oracle
Strong Kafka experience - Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, KSQL
Exposure to Junit, Jenkins, GIT, Maven, Docker, JIRA is a plus
