Job Description

Our client, a leader in Healthcare management, is looking for a .Net application developer.

The .Net Application Developer is responsible for application development:

Designs, develops, and maintains web-based and distributed applications

Effectively translates and communicates business requirements to technical requirements and vice-versa

Coordinates remote, offshore, and on-site development resources

Monitors and communicates the progress of project delivery

Expected skills

3+ years of related technical development experience required

Familiarity with HTML 5 , CSS 3, Bootstrap, Typescript, Angular 2 or above

Hands-on experience with .NET Core 2.0 or above, ASP.net MVC, WebAPI

Hands-on experience with both SQL Server and NoSQL databases like MongoDB

Prior exposure to microservice architectures

Authentication/Authorization frameworks like OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect

.NET unit testing using NUnit, XUnit and Moq

Angular unit testing using Jasmine / Karma

Must have good understanding about different package distribution tools like NPM, Nuget, GitHub, etc.

Familiar with REST API testing tools like Fiddler and Postman

Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies

Strong communication skills with the ability to unite teams

Excellent analytical and multitasking skills are critical

Preferred Skills

Healthcare experience is a plus

Experience with standard continuous Integration and deployment tools is preferred. Preferred tools are Jenkins, TeamCity, and Octopus

Experience with container technology like Docker, Kubernetes

Cloud (AWS or Azure preferred) and in-house deployments ( IIS)

Familiarity with Linux OS

Exposure to logging frameworks like Microsoft.Extensions.Logging, NLog, etc.
