International Tax Senior
Job Description
We are currently seeking an international tax professional with at least 3 years of related experience.
This position will be directly involved in the development of a full range of tax planning, consulting and compliance services to clients and works closely with senior staff on all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients.
Responsibilities include tax return preparation; interacting closely with clients to provide assistance in planning, consulting, and compliance expertise; and assisting in client management and practice development activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in client engagements from start to finish, which includes planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects and managing to budget
Assist in full range of tax services with international setting including tax return preparation and review, tax research, preparation and review of technical memoranda, and drafting client correspondence
Assist in responding to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Tax or higher
3+ years of international tax related experience in public accounting
Strong tax accounting skills with solid experience in U.S. GAAP, tax compliance, corporate consolidated returns, and international involvement
Tax Professional
Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
Strong computer skills including proficiency in entire Microsoft Office suite, CCH and Checkpoint
Attention to detail
Additional Information
Ability to work additional hours as needed, flexbility needed
German, Austrian, Swiss language skill a major plus, but certainly not requireddeedics
