Job Description:

The Network Engineer’s primary responsibility will be for the design, implementation and migration of external business partner networks from the legacy NA Data Centers.

Key roles and responsibilities

Advanced understanding of LOB technology drivers and their impact on architecture design, performance and monitoring, best practices and policies

Skills necessary:

Needs to have good comm skills, as they will be working directly with external partners as they migrate their data

Will need experience with routing/switching/and WAN/LAN/Cisco

Fortinet/firewalls, and general knowledge of policies/rules.

Proxy tech

Advanced knowledge in the following key areas:

Network Engineering (planning, provision)

Proficient in more than one specific infrastructure technology

Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget

Ability to articulate to more experienced management a technical strategy in clear, concise, understandable terms
