In this position you will Provide technical and operational support on complex production issues, processes and procedures and complete the analysis of data/processes and procedures that impact departmental effectiveness and financial results.

Gather appropriate and relevant documentation to identify and clarify actual issues and seek timely, reasonable solutions.

Develop relationships among staff and business partners that foster the ability to align and effectively collaborate.

Maintain a knowledge level of support areas conducive for effective analysis of solutions.

Identify user needs and requirements to existing and proposed systems. Document user requirements for purposes of development organization.

Provide recommendations for online analytics strategy for application specific analytics enhancements

Identify performance automation tools, products and services offered. Highlight opportunities for optimizing cost savings and revenue opportunities.

Gather analytics business requirements from business groups, design solutions for new features that fits into our standardized implementation and provide support to technology team on implementation questions.

Research and analyze business trends & customer behavior data to identify opportunities for website enhancements

Take the lead on new programs and initiatives for Online Analytics team and shows ownership of the analytics tools & solution roadmap

Build and foster relationships with key internal business leaders and become a trusted resource and provider of key analytics data

Tools:

Excel high level

SQL

Tableau

Power BI or similar reporting tool

Hyperion (strongly preferred)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with a Major area of concentration in Business, Finance or related

Master’s degree preferred

Experience with identifying, resolving and implementing system modification and enhancements.

4 years of business or financial analysis required.

Six Sigma experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent analytical skills

Knowledge of creating queries, normalizing data and establish computations
