Job Description

Responsibilities include:

Process payroll and incentives with 100% accuracy every two weeks, including without limitation, ensuring that 100% of all medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other deductions are accurate.

Partners with directors to ensure all pre-hire/new hire paperwork is completed per company regulatory guidelines, and assists with the administration of on-boarding and off-boarding

Establish and maintain long-term working relationships with entire staff to ensure employee engagement, satisfaction and retention

Managing employee information changes (transfers, promotions, demotions, terminations, etc.) payroll and benefits updates, and changing information in appropriate systems, including working with outside vendors

Perform benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for
payment and communicating benefits information to employees

Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to resolve issues and conflicts that may arise

Updates Applicant Tracking System (Jazz) to indicate the status of recruiting tasks

Responsible for bi-weekly payroll, reimbursements and incentives processing

Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.

Ensures new hire data is populated accurately in HR database (currently Zenefits)

Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records; develop and maintain compensation matrix

Assists with legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements

Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned

Qualifications

Strong communication & written communication skills, with the desire to build solid and authentic relationships are a MUST

Proven track record of success as an HR Generalist for companies with multiple locations

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Minimum five years previous experience as an HR Generalist

Impeccable time management and organizational skills

Someone who will always do what is in the company's best interest

Minimum Education

B.S. or B.A.

Masters or PhD a plus
