Desktop Support Analyst
Major Responsibilities
:
Onboard new users, which includes creating new Active Directory accounts and Office 365 Mailboxes, setting up new computers and VOIP phones.
Setup new computers using existing computer imaging process.
Assist users with computer issues.
Troubleshoot printer / other peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot networking issues, including network troubleshooting.
Monitor and resolve help desk tickets for local office.
Collaborate with level two engineers for new infrastructure installations as well troubleshooting.
Serve as the local IT point person between the main Headquarters and Local Branch offices
Job Specific Requirements
:
Ability to run PowerShell scripts.
Experience with troubleshooting network issues relating to DHCP, DNS, and switches.
SCCM—deploying OS images, remote control management.
Active Directory—creating, updating, and disabling users.
Office 365—assigning user licenses. Other day to day tasks.
Knowledge/experience with the following is desirable but not required:
VMware vSphere
Cisco UCS
Mimecast
Cisco switching
Windows Server administration
Desktop Support
Information Technology
