ICS is immediately hiring a Front-End Developer for one of our fastest growing clients in the DFW area! As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact within a web application, which makes your role crucial to the success of the company's business.

What You'll Do:

Build highly available and scalable solutions that can scale to the company's growing needs.

Work with business, project managers and technical teams, in a collaborative environment, to implement quality products that meet the business goals.

Partner with design and other technical teams to define new user interface behaviors helping build a truly distinctive and World-Class user experience.

Architect creative products, and innovative new technologies & solutions, play a hands-on development and design role, and deliver product in a rapid and dynamic environment.

Collaborate with peers on technical design, work planning and implementation of new UI features.

Quickly build new ideas to get user feedback

Review technical designs and perform code reviews

A self-starter who can effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet aggressive deadlines.

Skills/Experience You Will Need

3+ years of web development experience using UI technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery,
AJAX, JSON, and XML.

Must have experience working with React.

Proficient in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) with JavaScript.

Proficient in test driven development and familiar with popular test frameworks.

Proven ability to convert UI designs and mockups into working HTML/ CSS/ JS prototype from scratch, including responsive designs.

Significant experience in developing and implementing UI/Front-end for high volume web applications.

Extensive use of APIs and a solid understanding of HTTP and REST architecture.

Knowledge of design patterns, enterprise architecture and software engineering principles.

Knowledge of SEO principles

Good problem solving and communication skills.

Understands Agile methodology.

Experience in balancing architectural and design considerations such as performance, scalability,
reusability and flexibility issues.

Ability to coach and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Experience developing large scale and high volume applications.

Experience working in version control systems preferred.
