Job Description

Responsibilities:

The role requires high energy, intellectually curious; detail oriented professional with excellent time management, research, content management, analytical, problem-solving, project management, organizational, collaboration, and technology skills

Purpose, decide on best BI tool, design, and develop solution(s) to facilitate effective business decisions

Support existing enterprise BI solutions, including SSRS, SSIS ETLs, Power BI, Tableau, and ad-hoc data analysis

Contribute to the development of a process for mining data from current databases, while streamlining business expert insights and information

Support reporting and ad-hoc analysis of the SQL aggregation engine

Appropriately prioritize multiple incoming tasks that may change frequently

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and key business users in cross-functional areas

Demonstrates a high level of integrity and initiative in their work

Perform other duties as required

Sounds like you? You will need to meet the following requirements:

2 years of experience in SQL Server/SSRS reporting

Ability to maintain and manage Tableau driven dashboards

Capital markets business exposure

Produce a variety of visual analytics as directed by stakeholders and leadership

Leverage and contribute to best practices and guidelines

Be able to manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously

Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

This role requires development and distribution of communications to internal/external stakeholders

Strong statistical knowledge and analytical background

Attention to detail and an organized work style

Independent, flexible, and resourceful

Ability to manage various sources of data to include Financials

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a deadline-oriented environment often within short
lead time

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Efficient working independently or a team

Strong People Oriented & Good Communicator

Education:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in information systems, computer science, or related field
