Business Analyst
12 + Month Contract
Edina, MN
Looking for a business analyst that will be responsible to help analyze, define and document requirements that translate customer needs into technology solutions.
Ideally you will have prior experience working with infrastructure teams and or standing up a help desk team so you will have the ability to lead initiatives and build out/mature the next gen customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
2-4 years experience in a business analyst role, gathering requirements, testing and supporting
business/technology applications and/or systems
Previous experience with customer-facing relationship management applications, ideally salesforce
Experience working within software development teams with methodologies such as DevOps or Agile
Understanding of the scrum process
Agile experience
Experience working with business sponsors and stakeholders
Ability to gather and document requirements as stories into functional/non functional specifications to include objectives for initiative, business and functional requirements, design/data models/page/process
flows, success metrics and use cases
Experience with Agile tools such as Confluence or Jira
Knowledge of API services implementation, documentation and data mapping
Knowledge and ability to write SQL queries and scripts
