Job Description
Job Title: Tax Associate
Duties:
Client Services Team Consultant - Tax Associate
Responsibilities:
Tax form collections and validations
1042/1042S reporting experience
Knowledge of W8 types (BENE, IMY, ECI, EXP)
Ability to liaise efficiently and diplomatically with many types of counterparties (Clients, Traders, Salespersons, New Accounts, IT, etc.)
Update source system with data changes
Assist in historical client data clean-up
Assist in conversion onto Fenergo for Tax workflow
Ability to analyze and manipulate large spreadsheets and data sets
Develop best practice procedure manuals for tax form collection and validation
Experience training new hires
Skills:
Skills and Competencies:
Proficient in Excel Vlookups, Formulas
Pivot Table proficient (nice to have)
Macro knowledge (nice to have)
Team Player, hardworking and eager to learn
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Can-do attitude to resolve the most difficult items
Good communication skills
College Degree required
5+ years experience
