Job Duties will consist of Assisting the Accounting Supervisor in the following areas below:

• Maintain I Perform all Accounts Receivable duties including all Invoicing/ Manual invoicing/ Error adjustments; clean-up AR Aging report, customer interaction

• Financial reporting; analyze GL accounts, prepare month-end and year-end reporting;

• Bank reconciliation, cash flow reporting

• Journal entries including payroll; reconcile GL accounts, fixed asset management

• Assist with year-end Audits

• Research and other special accounting projects (i.e. internal controls, documenting procedures, etc.)

• Other Accounting functions as assigned by Accounting Supervisor

Qualifications/Experience required:

• 3+ years in Accounting in a manufacturing environment, strong AR experience

• Quick learner

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• Customer friendly

• Strong MS Excel, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
