Position Description:

As Senior Business Analyst Enterprise Integration, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering on the enterprise integration strategy.

This is a newly created role to support one of the digital areas that is critical to our success.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning new technology, designing and supporting new integration processes and being a valuable member on the IT team.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Enterprise Integration Manager with gathering requirements, understanding industry trends and best practices and lead the implementation of the 2020 enterprise integration architecture, standards and roadmap

Guided by the 2020 enterprise integration architecture, standards and roadmap:

Manage deliverables of integration specialists to execute day-to-day and/or strategic integrations

Manage the day-to-day backlog of outstanding integration requests, including driving the prioritization

Work closely with the integration manager to determine which integrations should be converted to the updated department standards

Work with requesting parties and customers to understand high-level requirements and special exceptions

Manage external status and communications to parties requesting integrations

Manage internal [non-Exec-level] status and communications to internal IT and other affected Business Unit leadership

Further develop integration specialist team through various training and other methods

Qualifications:

3+ years of Project Management experience managing teams of 3 – 7

Experience managing integration specialists toward the implementation of integrations

5+ years of experience with various integration technologies currently in use by Redwood and its partners, including but not limited to:

APIs (both RESTful and SOAP), AS2, and (S)FTP

JSON, XML, EDI, FLF, etc.

Patience and empathy in responding to customers with urgent needs and/or unrealistic timelines

Ability to effectively communicate ideas in a straight-forward, easy to understand manner

Ability to set and follow timelines personally and across team assignments

Ability to manage project budgets

Ability to work effectively with Sr Leadership to provide both strategic and tactical updates

Ability to balance best practices vs. time to delivery

Experience providing effective coaching to team members assigned to multiple, potentially conflicting tasks

Experience with providing initial means of triage in dealing with risks and issues, and demonstrating effective use of escalation, when appropriate
