We are actively seeking a senior level consulting sales professional to join our team and be based in the Philadelphia, PA market.

This position will focus on growth within our existing customer base and expansion within a target market.

As a Senior Sales & Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for support and expansion of existing clients, and acquisition of new clients.

You will be a vital member of the team and expected to actively participate in the strategy and growth of the operation.

You will work in collaboration with dedicated recruiting support and Client Account Management (CAM) to achieve your goals.

You will work with business, IT managers, and senior leadership in Fortune 1000 clients and emerging technology companies.

You will provide professional services via Statements of Work, (SOW) including deliverables, fixed price engagements and consulting services.

These services will primarily consist of Agile Product Management & Development, Data Management including Big Data and Analytics solutions with an emphasis on the high impact area of User-Centered Design (UCD).

Skills and Requirements:

Consultative sales experience in IT Professional services, Big 4, consulting industries; disciplined approach, e.g. Challenger Sales model;

Commercial business sector, large, enterprise-scale, F-1000, Major/Strategic Account experience.

8-10+ years – Senior Account Manager;

Documented record of exceeding sales and business objectives/quotas; outstanding negotiation skills;

Demonstrate deep knowledge in technology, Agile consulting services and change management and the ability to establish credibility with clients, create value, and deliver desired business outcomes at scale through its practice;

A demonstrated track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements, with roles that involve building and fostering relationships with senior-level client executives;

Experience leading project staffing, invoicing, budgeting, profitability analysis, and opportunity/funnel management;

The ability to galvanize client stakeholders and teammates into action for a common goal through collaboration, building consensus, and authentically establishing credibility;

Experience developing proposals that successfully drive clients to choose a business solution;

Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges;

Exceptional work ethic and "can do” attitude;

Must be highly organized and detail oriented;

Ability to be flexible and adaptable;

Must have high standards and high integrity;

Highly self-motivated, ambitious, goal and success oriented, while dedicated to the success of the team as a whole;

Ability to thrive under pressure, in a high performing, fast paced, metrics-driven environment;

Exceptional Sales, presentation, and written & oral communication skills;

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications;

BA/BS required

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain new business relationships with clients in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry

· Build exceptional relationships with both Business and Technology stakeholders, from the C-suite to Manager level to support ongoing projects and create new, strategic opportunities

Research, and identify prospective clients and create the go to market plan within the identified territory, industry vertical, and account

Develop and manage sales opportunities from inception to close, including prospecting, qualification, presentation/proposal development, pricing, negotiation and closing;

Galvanize and guide internal team in the creation and development of deliverables/solutions that create high value outcomes for some of the world's largest companies

Through consultative selling, adapt and adjust the client sales content, approach and services based on studying the sales outlet, industry and customer and organizational behavior.

Focus and adjust sales efforts by observing clients' responses and behaviors, and using other consultative methodologies, e.g. the Challenger method;

Utilize effective negotiation, consultative selling and closing techniques in selling and managing a healthy portfolio of opportunities;

Build exceptional relationships with internal and external clients by delivering high value client focused solutions first; resolves all customer concerns by approaching all issues with genuine concern, a sense of urgency and in the spirit of fairness and service

Build Company brand and credibility by expanding footprint and increasing market share within defined territory and accounts

Remain current on industry events and topics of interests including legislative reform, healthcare changes, labor and economic influences including current market trends, new technology trends and products

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational events, workshops, Meetups, and hosting or sponsoring events. Participate and join professional organizations to expand professional network
