Responsibilities:

As a Production Support Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the Incident and Problem resolution for aligned LOBs, providing end-to-end resolution to ensure completion of all jobs within defined objectives.

Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with other teams to remediate and implement to production to minimize impact to customers and/or downstream.

The role also involves engaging and partnering with AD teams, and various platform owners like TD, ETL, BI, etc. and interfacing with executive and sr. management with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and remediation actions.

Overall 4+ years of IT domain experience in Application Development or Support.

2+ years experience in developing/designing/supporting ETL methodology for data transformations using Ab Initio, Informatica or any other tool.

2+ years experience in Linux platforms and Unix Scripting.

2+ years experience in Oracle/SQL Server/DB2/Teradata environment.

Excellent Knowledge on SQL, PL/SQL, TSQL , SSIS, SSRS and/or SSAS.

Good knowledge on batch scheduling tools such as Control-M.

Any knowledge on Python, Cassandra, KAFKA, Splunk, Tableau and Cloud Technologies will be a big plus.
