This position is for a systems administrator who is ready to take the next step in their career.
This individual will be involved in all aspects of the bank's technology.
The ideal individual must be a 4 year college graduate.
A minimum of four years' experience required. Banking experience is preferred, though not required.
A working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, VMware, Exchange server, networking and computer hardware is required. A valid driver's license is required.

General Description
Monitor day to day operation of the company's computer system in the headquarter offices, the Branches and data center.
Implements, installs, configure monitors, troubleshoot, and evaluates existing and new Microsoft
Windows, VMware ESX server operating systems. This includes daily maintenance activities such as
monitoring of system and performance logs and ensuring that data is backed up and recoverable.
This
may also include maintaining existing Apple Macintosh until they are removed from service.
Responsible for configuring, monitoring and maintaining virtual machines on VMware ESX servers.
Implements, installs, configure, and upgrades hardware and software on managed servers and
attached peripheral equipment.
This includes evaluation and testing of operating system patches.
Responsible for maintaining proper security on managed servers
Responsible for documenting the configuration of managed servers and the services running on them.
Coordinates and performs project planning and project management responsibilities which may include documentation, establishing priorities, specifications and approaches, organizes staffing and scheduling, working with others to complete the project, and monitoring progress.
Install, configure and maintain company's servers for optimum performance and recommend future upgrades to server hardware and software to keep pace with the latest changes and trends in the IT world.
Assure and maintain an acceptable level of security for all servers, data and the computer network.
Administer centralized directory system to provide access to digital resources to company employees.
Monitor network bandwidth utilization to detect any signs of intrusion and abusive consumption.
Design and administer daily backups which are scheduled to run in all company datacenters.
Administer Disaster Recovery plan which consists of live replication of data from production environment to Disaster Recovery site and scheduled pickup of off-site tape storage.
Responsible for documentation of IT tasks which include documents that deal with servers, network, backup and security (e.g. account maintenance, backup, startup/shutdown)
Develop companywide IT policies to enforce uniformity, efficiency and security
Perform general maintenance tasks; troubleshoot and repair computer systems and peripheral equipment throughout the organization

Management and monitoring of cloud based and on-prem based infrastructure components and services – VMware
Architecture, Monitoring and Management of networking, VLANs, DNS, DHCP
Systems administration of a Windows 2008 and Windows 2012 environment: Active Directory,
Permissions, Security, Audit
Management of EMC and DELL storage systems
Participate in the planning and deployment of IT infrastructure
Management of backup systems and disaster recovery plans
Provide regular reporting on system uptime, statistics and project status
Act as an escalation point for the Company's technology help desk
Requirements
BS/BA
MCSE Certification preferred
5+ years of experience supporting and implementing Microsoft desktop and server technologies
5+ years supporting and managing server and virtualized technologies
3+ years supporting and maintaining telephony environments.
Virtual Environments (VMWare, VMWare View, Hyper-V)
Architecture, Monitoring and Management of networking, routing, firewalls, switches, MPLS, VLANs, DNS,
DHCP
Systems administration of a Windows 2008 and 2012 environment: Active Directory, Permissions, Security,
Audit, Scripts
DNS Management and DHCP
Backup and Disaster Recovery Planning
Windows Server Operating Systems 2003/2008/2008R2/2012/2012R2
Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010/2013
TCP/IP, Routing and Subnetting
Strong scripting ability (PowerShell, KIX)
EMC Storage and DELL (SAN) preferred
IIS Server, SQL Server, SharePoint Services and Good for Enterprise
Veeam Backup and/or Dell AppAssure preferred.
Experience with scripting languages such as PERL and VBScript preferred.
