Our direct and long-term client is looking to add an experienced Lead System Analyst to their team!
This is a highly collaborative team within a complex, fast paced, and growing department.
We are looking for a self-motivated, personable, and organized individual with supervisorial experience and deep knowledge of Globalscape.
This Lead System Analyst will collaborate with team members and employees across the organization to support execution of objectives and will oversee infrastructure related to the managed file transfers including design, delivery, operation, and maintenance.
Additionally, they will ensure the protection of customer data and customer satisfaction.
Recent experience in a lead/supervisor capacity
Deep knowledge of Globalscape or similar Managed File Transfer (MFT) platform
Ability to understand and articulate MFT concepts and file transfer protocols
Ability to resolve issues related to MFT
Knowledge of automation issues and solutions
Strong cross-organizational communication experience
Nice to have:
Experience with Atomic Scheduler
Experience with Informatica
Experience with Linux
Systems Analysts
Information Technology
