IT Support Analyst

Direct Hire

Minnetonka, MN

Position Overview:

Resolve technical issues for all internal employees looking for someone to provide IT support and problem resolution on a daily basis

Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain company workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and phones.

Serve as a subject matter expert and provide support and training to end-users as required

Initiate escalation process working with other teams, partners, and vendors as appropriate while communicating progress and resolution to end users.

Perform preventive maintenance such as checking peripherals, printers, desktops, and laptops.

Package and deploy applications, operating systems and software updates utilizing tools such as Kaseya or Intune/SCCM.

Maintain hardware and software inventories, assist in the selection and ordering process of new devices.

Assist in the forecasting of technology needs and hardware refresh schedules.

Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations).

Keep abreast of end user experience, identify and resolve issues reported by internal users.

Create and update knowledge documentation to assist in the training and development of internal employees.

Position Requirements:

Must be comfortable working with and communicating effectively with all levels of the organization

Experience supporting enterprise desktop operating systems, (MacOS and Windows 10)

Extensive knowledge of systems hardware, peripherals and interconnectivity.

Experience with enterprise mobile device management and device security, along with working with confidential information.

Experience with MS Office and Win10 Enterprise servicing models in a O365 environment.

Experience with PC management platform (Kaseya, SCCM, Intune, etc.) administration and maintenance.

System Imaging and installation, configuration management and application catalog maintenance.

Software deployment, patch management, and anti-virus/anti-malware software maintenance.

Demonstrated experience providing enterprise technical, customer support for various PC hardware,
Windows OS, Active Directory, VOIP, VPN, PCs, and mobile devices.

Strong Analytical skills and well versed with problem resolution methodologies.

Customer service driven mindset

A+ Certification and/or experience with ITIL v3 Framework is preferred

Previous experience of working in a Customer Services/IT Service Desk role is preferred

Previous experience of using Service Desk management tools is preferred

Previous experience of using Microsoft security and administration toolsets is preferred
