Job Description

Rapidly growing company is looking for a qualified, growth-seeking individual to fill a management position that offers great benefits and learn alongside accomplished business leaders.

The position will develop the company's financial and accounting operations across the team, ensuring application of appropriate internal controls, and financial procedures.

Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition

Provide cash flow projections; oversee cash management and month-end close processes

Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements, financial dashboard, and margin analysis reports to senior management, auditors, investors, and other external/internal parties that require financial information

Constantly review procedures and evaluate business processes while making changes to eliminate inefficiencies using the existing resources

Work with IT to drive business process automation for increased working efficiency

Maintain outstanding relationships and strategic alliances with vendors, business partners, and cross-functional teams

Job Requirements:

At least 8 years of work experience in Accounting, Finance or Financial Systems

Strong understanding of financial procedures and internal controls over financial reporting within a multi-national company

Prior experience in enterprise system implementation and process optimization

Proven team leader with both strategic and operating strength, who will take charge, execute the day-to-day functions, detail oriented and organized, with confidence to build best-in-class accounting practice across a global team

Able to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while creating an environment that motivates, inspires, and respects others
