Accounts Payable Representative
3+ Month Contract
Eagan, MN
Summary:
The main function of an accounts payable, billing is to compile data, compute fees and charges and prepare invoices for billing purposes.
A typical account spayable, billing clerk is responsible for computing company charges, itemizing statements or invoices and computing payroll.
Desired Skills:
SAP experience preferred not required
Accounts Receivable / Billing / Collections experience is desirable and makes training easier
Financial acumen and or successful history of working with significant focus on detail and accuracy
Work history or demonstrated skills being a problem solver is a key skill
Comfortable collaborating remotely with a high degree of learning agility are required
Comfortable working extended periods of time independently, someone who can stay on task, prides themselves on getting things done with little supervision.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree in accounting or related financial discipline preferred.
1+ years of financial and/or accounting experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related accounting software.
