TECHNICAL PRODUCT LEAD

DALLAS/FORT WORTH AREA

THE POSITION:

ICS is hiring a Technical Product Lead to join our Client’s growing team and be part of a technology start up in stealth mode!

The Product Leader will be actively involved in the entire product lifecycle from building the business case to ensuring that the solution stays aligned with the product roadmap and business goals.

Additionally, they will help create product requirements, user stories, and storyboards that lead and guide product releases around a given product portfolio.

A strong, transparent communicator across stakeholders, technical peers, and third party vendors would be the ideal fit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Value ensuring solutions are distinctly valuable to our customers

Viability ensuring solutions are viable for various aspects of our business

Advanced level knowledge in the development and use of product data to inform product decisions both quantitative and qualitative

Deep understanding of customers/users problems, how they think and operate and the platforms/technology they use

Deep understanding of the business domain, stakeholders, business processes and constraints in which the product plays

Make priority decisions based on measurable value, given the usability, feasibility and viability

Lead the development, championing and evangelizing of a product vision, strategy and roadmap for the product/platform, based on the needs of the business

Lead product discovery sessions with key stakeholders

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:

Bachelor of Science degree (B. S.) in Information Technology or related field is preferred

10+ years of Product Owner/Platform owner within B2B/B2C SaaS product organizations

Experience breaking down requirements writing user stories

Demonstrated success in Scrum driven Agile development environment, including user story creation.

Experience managing cross-functional software development teams in an agile environment

Experience managing business priorities against design/user needs while delivering against product roadmaps

Experience managing end-to-end software product development and releases

Problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills

Planning, organizational and time management skills

Comfort with ambiguity. Thrive in start-up environments

Verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate between business and technical
