Job Description
Recognized American Diversified Multinational Mass Media and Entertainment Conglomerate is seeking a successful Technical Progect Manager and Scrum Master .
Successful candidates must be highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to autonomously work on concurrent implementations across matrixed teams.
• Lead agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint plannings, backlog groomings
• Work with team leads to identify work priorities.
• Communicate delivery times and scope to other software engineering teams that depend on a timely delivery
• Manage smaller projects end-to-end.
• Develop project plans and timelines for projects and project deliverables.
• Develops delivery plans for complex projects and programs
• Holds functional managers accountable for their teams' deliverables
• Identifies and manages issues and risks and drives decision making
• Communicates program and roadmap status and schedule updates
Key Responsiblities:

Basic Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience as a Technical Project Manager
• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives forward to completion through collaboration and consensus within functional areas
• Must be capable of managing, tracking, and troubleshooting multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners
• Ability to develop project schedules, communicate deadlines, and enforce budgets and project milestones
• Proficient in the use of project management and documentation tools
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required
• Experience with the software development life cycle
