Compliance Monitoring and Testing Officer This role will report directly to the CCO and is responsible for establishing and implementing a branch wide testing program. This person will conduct monitoring and testing of the compliance program. This role will oversee the Compliance Monitoring and Testing analyst and the team as a whole. Responsibilities: Design, plan and update the annual compliance schedule for the compliance testing program. Oversee transaction monitoring sample testing of alerts and cases and share a report of findings with the BSA Officer. The objectives of testing must include determining whether: Compliance is fulfilling its compliance obligations related to transaction monitoring and reporting; training is needed and existing controls need to be strengthened. Oversee review and testing of the controls to validate that Business Unites are complying with BSA/AML and Sanctions requirements. Experience: Bachelor's degree required Experience of related experience – AML, Compliance Monitoring and Testing, AML audit for a financial institution. CAMS preferred but not required
