Job Description
The associate will be part of the Payroll team and will work on a variety of activities and initiatives including the processing of multiple payrolls, tax reporting, withholding and compliance, global mobility, and systems implementations.
The role offers substantial interaction with other internal departments including Human Capital, Tax Compliance, and software development teams.
A bachelor's degree is required along with one to three years of payroll-related work experience.
Candidates should have a basic working knowledge of payroll processes and related tax and compliance procedures.
A facility with numbers, the ability to work both collaboratively and independently, and a high level of organization and detail orientation are all prerequisites.
A demonstrated efficiency in handling high volumes and complex transactions in alignment with industry-standard service-level agreements and performance metrics is also a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an analytical approach to problem-solving, and a rigorous and proactive work ethic are essential.
