Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following but is not limited to: Weekly, semi-monthly & monthly processing of sales commissions in the PTS system which includes regular and overrides commissions, ensuring accurate and timely payment. Extract and verify commission reports from the SSRS system. Work with IT and Admin to identify and correct errors. Re-run reports as necessary to ensure accurate commission calculations. Manual adjustments to sales commissions, bonuses, and overrides when necessary outside of the PTS system. Maintains the commission calendar ensuring timely payment planning. Set up ACH payments in various banks to pay commissions. Enter commission data into ADP. New Employee set-up in ADP Update banking information Enter commission data into QuickBooks to record commissions for the International division, not in ADP, and cut checks for non-ACH payments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required, in Accounting Two to three years of experience in incentive compensation, plus a working knowledge of incentive compensation strategies and programs. Payroll and ADP system experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
