Unique opportunity with a fast-growing financial technology organization located in Atlanta, GA.

We are looking for a very sharp financial mind to join a team of proven leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Investment Banking, Banking, or Consulting in Financial Services.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member in driving the business and will be working directly with C-Level Executives.

Part of the compensation for this role will include significant "options.

Job Description:

Partner with business leaders to drive financial results and guide business decisions

Preparation of quarterly forecasts, annual operating plan, and annual multi-year strategic plan

Analyze and communicate monthly financial results:

Headcount and Labor analysis

Inter-company revenue and expense tracking

Consulting analyses

Monthly reporting and messaging

Comparison of monthly results to plan, forecast and prior year

Building ad-hoc reports for analytic review/variance analysis

Support strategic initiatives including impact on business models and tactical execution

Process improvement initiatives

Manage Adhoc requests

Operational reviews/financial analyses

New business scenarios

Intercompany cost and expense relief studies

Ensure month end close activities are performed accurately and to required timelines.

Drive meetings with senior leaders and craft messaging regarding monthly results or future forecast changes:

Risks/Opportunities

Reconciliations

Revenue drivers

Qualifications:

An understanding of corporate finance concepts and FP&A best practices including modeling, budgeting, forecasting and KPI tracking

Preference to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Attention to detail is a must

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, detail-oriented and proficient in building and handling complicated data sets

Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results highlighting the broader commercial and strategic impact

Must be motivated, self-driven, collaborative, a strong communicator, comfortable following direction and able to balance being in the weeds with summarizing at a high level under short deadlines

Must be extremely proactive and work well in a collaborative environment, with the ability to move projects forward independently

Fluency with Excel a must
