We are looking for a Tax Manager to join a boutique CPA firm in Palm Beach. This is an extremely unique opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that wants to participate in ownership. This firm specializes in high-net worth income tax returns. The ideal candidate is a CPA with prior experience focused on income tax returns specifically in the high-net worth area. The goal for hiring this individual is to allow for the owner to scale back their involvement after 5 years and pass the baton. Qualifications: CPA Big 4 background preferred, not a must 6+ years working for a CPA firm Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position will have direct contact with clients via email and telephone Availability to adjust work schedule (as needed) around the IRS deadlines Proactive, Resourceful, and self-driven personality Motivated and has a 100% commitment to the firm Strong business acumen Strong interpersonal and social skills Positive attitude towards client service Open to relocation candidates as well
