Job Description

Mobility Systems Engineer/Architect:

We are looking for a sharp and well spoken Mobility Engineer/Architect.

This person will be responsible to work with internal integration and sales team to support the architecture, implemenation, and post deployment support.

The Mobile Systems Engineer would ideally have experience working for law firms and serve as the SME for mobile device management (MDM).

General Responsibilities:

Experience with architecting and integrating wireless mobile device solutions into new or existing infrastructure.

Have the ability and a proven record of leading and resolving complex wireless messaging problems.

Plan, create, deploy, and maintain security policies to be enforced and pushed to mobile devices

Configure and troubleshoot mobile device management receiver clients on end user mobile devices; which included iOS, Android, and Windows.

Mobile Application Management (MAM) - Plan, install, and test new or update existing applications and the distribution of mobile applications along with license management for authorized mobile devices.

Managed MAM including wrapping of all inhouse applications; both for Android and iOS.

Plan, install, and test new or updated Mobile Content Management (MCM) and mobile device management (MDM) systems/components to optimize and enhance the solution.

Configure, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize mobile device management tools and establish policies and procedures for mobile device management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, field support, remote diagnosis, and troubleshooting.

Serve as an Subject Matter Expert (SME) for mobile device-related issues in the environment, and work with desktop engineering and information security teams as required to resolve incidents.

Develop and maintain documentation of MDM system architecture and configuration to ensure successful ongoing support.

Requirements:

7+ years of MDM - Mobile Device Management

Experience with at least Airwatch, MobileIron and ideally Intune

Experience working with different mobile devices - iOS, Android

Experience working with Law Firms or Professional Services

Strong communication both written and verbal.

4 year degree or equivalent experience

Mobile and Networking Certifications are a huge plus
