RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform detailed reviews and calculations over the following fund accounting areas: carried interest waterfalls, capital calls, distributions, allocations to partners, management fees, waivers, and financial highlights

Assist in completing valuations of the funds' underlying portfolio companies each quarter.

Perform cash management activities such as sending wires for investment company purchases and fund expenses, confirming wire instructions, requesting draws and paydowns on the funds' lines of credits, and reconciling capital calls

Participate in the independent audit by providing auditors with appropriate reports, support, and calculations.

Help complete quarterly and annual investor presentation materials, as applicable

Help participate in implementing new technology and efficiency initiatives/projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance out of public accounting or industry.

CPA is required

Self-motivated and professional

Ability to work in a team-based setting

Strong oral and written communication skills
