We have an immediate contract-to-hire opening for a Graphic Designer within our clients'
Agile/Scrum Product Team.

The Graphic Designer will work under Senior UI/UX Designers and Developers to help design cutting edge dynamic layouts for websites, mobile applications and e-commerce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, business analysts, UX designers and content strategists/IA.

The Graphic Designer MUST be comfortable working in a highly collaborate team environment.

This position will be able to make and articulate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a clear and intuitive interaction.

Responsibilities:

Create new and improve upon existing graphic web design concepts while effectively communicate your design ideas to the team

Work well in both designs process and agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, content strategy/IA and UX designers.

Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap while maintaining consistency to your own product.

Continually keep yourself updated with the latest changes in industry's standards.

Requirements:

3- 5 years working in web and mobile solutions with strong competencies in responsive design.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or Computer Science is preferred

Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview.

Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Balsamiq & InVision, (Bonus: UXPin).

Experience working in an agile/scrum team setting is a plus

Ability to prototype front end web designs

JIRA experience preferred
