JAVA DEVELOPER
Plano, TX
12+ month contract
As a Java Applications Designer/Developer, you will be part of a team of developers focused on developing and testing mission critical enterprise applications that meet the needs of the business.
The Commercial Bank IT department is committed to developing cutting edge technology with high quality, innovative developers.
What You'll Do:
Adhere to Commercial bank IT coding standards, procedures, and techniques.
Contribute to the technical code and design documentation.
Understand/apply reusable code design, leverage application architecture/framework capabilities and functionality, and design/develop solutions that are highly reliable, scalable, and perform to meet business-defined service levels.
Conduct code reviews and ensuring quality solutions are built and tested.
Strong knowledge of Java programming language, J2EE technologies, application servers, software architecture, open-source technologies, and software development methodology.
Perform production support activities.
Skills/Experience You'll Need:
7+ years of experience with the following (in an enterprise environment)
Java
Javascript ExtJS
Oracle DB
Experience with Angular2.0 preferred
Experience with REST services preferred
Experience developing in a Cloud environment preferred
Software Engineers, Applications
