Corporate Solutions Manager
We are working with a small Investment Management firm that has a global presence.
They are currently looking for a senior leader to join their Corporate Solutions team.
The The Corporate Solutions team is responsible for business analysis and project management for enterprise technology and business projects as well as providing strategic direction and application support for key enterprise SaaS systems.
In addition to managing the team and function, the Corporate Solutions Manager will be expected to work closely with other members of the business in developing, coordinating and communicating with respect to enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic technology and business initiatives to successful completion
Identify opportunities to improve business processes; and design, implement, and deliver the technology solutions that support those processes
Manage a team of 2-3 employees plus consultants
Develop and maintain standards for the business analysis and project management functions
Deliver executive and financial reporting on major projects and other IT metrics
Establish product schedules support models for key enterprise SaaS applications
Minimum Qualifications
At least 10 years of proven work experience with at least 5 years managing people, demonstrating progressive responsibility including managing teams and strategic projects
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to prepare documents and presentations that clearly and succinctly describe a situation, alternatives, to help guide an audience to a reasonable set of alternatives, recommendations, and/or conclusions
Effective translator of technical concepts to the business and vice versa
Self-motivated, resourceful, focused, and diligent, to ensure the fastest delivery of quality products/functionality to the business
Critical and analytical thinker and detail oriented; not afraid to ask questions
Exceptional verbal communication skills, and the confidence and maturity to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as external parties
Able to foster collaborative and supportive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
Able to interact with and work effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
Experience preparing and presenting a project proposal in order to obtain consensus and ultimate approval for scope, approach, staffing, cost, timeline, and in some cases application design
Self-motivated, team orientated with excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
Knowledge Skills & Abilities Desired
Project Management Certification(s)
Asset Management or other Financial Services related experience and/or certifications
A working knowledge of programming concepts and testing methodologies
A working knowledge of IT infrastructure related technologies and concepts
A strong working knowledge of the Workday system
Working knowledge of enterprise SaaS systems, especially Salesforce, DocuSign, ServiceNow
