Job Description


Seeking an experienced Systems Support Specialist to join a growing national financial services organization.

You will be joining a national Support team where your primary duties will be to handle technical requests and onsite support for the Mid-Atlantic region of offices, including onboarding of acquired firms, evaluating and installing new hardware and software, help desk requests, etc.

Ideal Level 2 Support candidates must be organized, well versed and experienced in Windows environments, have a solid network understanding and ideally have Office 365 experience.

Candidates must be able to work well with a remote team and also have the ability to handle competing projects and priorities across multiple offices.

A valid drivers license and reliable transportation is required.


Primary duties include closing intermediate helpdesk requests, being part of our project team, onboarding newly acquired firms, evaluating and installing new hardware and software, traveling to local offices in the region.

Candidates must be organized, energetic, have a strong customer service personality, be well versed and experienced in Windows environments including a networking. Ideal
candidates will also have Office 365 migration experience.

Candidate must be able to work well in a cohesive team and have a drive to grow in knowledge and title.

Resolving Intermediate Helpdesk requests or escalating

Administer and support an Office 365 Environment

Resolve network and Windows issues

Assist with onboarding of acquisitions

Work closely with project team on new initiatives

Provide input and evaluate new technology


3+ years' experience as a Systems Support technician

Travel to multiple offices in their local area

Have an active MCP in Windows 7,8 or 10

Strong Office365 experience

Have a Network+ or Cisco CCENT/CCT

Be well organized and pay attention to detail

Think logically and have exceptional problem-solving abilities

Be able to provide clear, detailed documentation

Have exceptional customer service skills

Work well in a team

Be able to travel nationally to firms during implementation (if necessary)

Be on call and to respond to emergencies when needed

Have a reliable method of transportation

Associates degree required, bachelor's degree preferred
