    LOAN SERVICING MANAGER

    Position Title: Vice President – Loan Serving Manager


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Manage a staff of ten (10) employees, including hiring, counseling, training and performance reviews.

    Oversee all loan servicing functions for Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Home Equity, Consumer Secured and Unsecured Products, Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Small
    Business, SBA and VISA portfolios.

    Oversee loan originations for Small Business, C & I, SBA, Consumer & VISA portfolios

    Loan Servicing functions include:

    Boarding and review of new loans

    Loan Servicing

    Customer service

    Timely and accurate processing of all payments

    Collections

    Loan Participations

    Escrow Analysis

    Insurance Tracking

    Letters of Credit

    Charge off and recovery processing

    Quality Assurance reviews of all documentation and processing

    Lending Compliance

    CRA reporting

    Manage and verify all quality control reports, policies and procedures.

    Manage and control all loan accounting, balancing and reconciliation.

    Monitor and maintain any required monetary and non monetary issues.

    Insure all required loan information is accurately reflected in our core processing system, and in compliance with FHLB, Client for collateral liquidity pledging.

    Establish loan servicing processes and procedures.

    Insure staff members adhere to established policies, procedures and controls.

    Effectively allocate job responsibilities amongst staff members, insure that all target areas are being maintained and avoid duplicated and manual efforts.

    Handle large volume of loan inquiries from vendors, accountants, auditors, branches and customers.

    Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

    Skills, Knowledge and Attributes Required:

    Ability to define problems and propose solutions.

    Effective oral and written communication skills.

    Strong organizational skills.

    Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management, clients, outside vendors, and the general public.

    Ability to effectively direct staff, supervise and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and
    within established timeframes.

    Computer literate, fluency in Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and Internet.
