Business Analyst with UX Experience
We have a client looking for an Business Analyst.
They are committed to increasing access to reproductive healthcare across United States. One of our flagship products is a mobile app (iOS, Android) that allows patients to easily obtain birth control pills or UTI medication, directly sent to their homes or picked up at a local pharmacy.
Since our launch in December 2017, our app is now available in 25 states with many more being added in 2019.
Our 2nd flagship product is a backend clinical documentation portal that is internally referenced as the Health Center Interface.
It allows our clinical providers and customer service users to document medical history and records, communicate with patients, and prescribe medications.
The Role
We're looking for a motivated Business Analyst that can understand our users, help us scale our product, and build documentation around existing use cases and feature sets.
In the past month, we relaunched our documentation platform to make it easier for our clinical team's day to day work but there's so much more to do! You will have the opportunity to work with engineering, design, and our medical director to inform the future of this flagship product.

What you'll do
Define product strategy for our next generation documentation portal
Build an effective roadmap to support business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Work across product and engineering teams to deliver scalable systems that power the user experience.
Perform QA tasks such as regression testing, reproducing errors, and debugging with engineering
Nice to have
1 - 2 years of product management/ux design experience
Bachelor's Degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative field, or equivalent experience
A background in healthcare is +++
