Application Support Engineer Golden, CO Permanent Our client in Golden is looking for Application Support Engineers with experience troubleshooting code. We are searching for support specialists that aren't afraid of getting their hands dirty and are open to most backgrounds. Responsibilities Troubleshoot software issues and maintain distributed systems written in Java, Groovy, and JavaScript. Fix defects found in the field. Learn and implement basic network and virtual machine administration as needed Required Skills 2-3 years of working knowledge in software development working with either Java, .NET, or other development language 2-3 years of experience troubleshooting production issues Working knowledge of Linux and Unix OS environment Experience working on mission-critical websites Working knowledge of Oracle, MySQL or SQL Server (Preferred) Experience supporting the Financial Services industry and the applications that serve it (Preferred)
