Job Description
QA Test Engineer
As a member of the digital payments team, the QA Test Engineer will play a key role in the quality of our physical and online products.
You will assist in gathering requirements, writing user stories, developing test cases, and other steps needed to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and refine system specifications
Collaborate closely with team to develop effective test strategies
Develop and execute test cases using manual and/or automated tools and analyze results.
Report issues and take ownership until resolved.
Utilize troubleshooting skills to assist debugging defects.
Desired Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
Strong analytic skills with proven troubleshooting skills.
Experience with the Agile methodology and JIRA
Experience in the payments industry preferred.
Experience with both embedded devices and enterprise-scale product testing preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively manage time and work independently
Programming knowledge is a plus
Quality Assurance - Testing (Level II)
