Experienced Dynamics 365 Development Functional Consultant

We are embarking on a new instance of Dynamics 365 CRM to support one of the world’s leading global insurance brokers.

We will empower our sales teams to drive sales performance with the features of Dynamics 365 CRM supporting a business transformation in global processes.

We are looking to leverage the wider Office 365 collaboration tools to create a platform for our sales, account managing and broking teams to work together on pitches and proposals.

The Role

• Work with business stakeholders through the project lifecycle to understand their requirements, providing demonstrations of how Dynamics CRM can fulfill those requirements.

• Assist business users with defining, creating and amending process workflows.

• Configure the entity model to contain additional business attributes required for process and reporting.

• Design and execute the data extract from an existing Dynamics installation into the newly configured D365 tenant.

• Integration of CRM with our SharePoint document management solution.

• Publishing the CRM Data model via PowerBI.

• Support integration via LogicApps with downstream line of business application APIs to fulfill the opportunities.

• Own technical solutions and present them for approval at Architecture and Project Leadership level.

• Ensure that the delivered solution can scale for global usage.

• Assist with the definition of the operating model to support and improve the service in an on-going fashion.

The Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM

• Experience of Data Extracts and Migrations in MS Dynamics

• Experience in customization, configuration, workflows and entities with Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Experience working in a structured development environment, including source code management.

• Understanding of SharePoint, MS Flow and Power BI and how these interact with Dynamics 365 CRM.

This role will be OT Exempt.
