LEVEL I HELPDESK ENGINEER North Dallas, TX 6+ month contact to hire Our national, casual dining Client is in need of a Level I Helpdesk Engineer. The Level I Helpdesk Engineer will provide support for both POS (Point of Sale) systems and Windows based systems/PC’s. This position will support dining locations nationwide. There is rotational nights and weekends scheduling. What You’ll Do: Basic end user connectivity and software support PC Staging, Imaging and Deploying Application Installation and software break/fix for PCs System outage identification and resolution End to End Point of Sale support Support ticket monitoring while meeting SLA’s Skills/Experience You’ll Need: 4+ years of enterprise IT Support experience Experience troubleshooting and supporting the following: Connectivity issues Password resets Microsoft Office products and application Virus scans Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 Point of Sale (POS) Iris or Aloha experience required Excellent customer service skills
