TECHNICAL ANALYST - Revenue Cycle

The Position:
The Technical Analyst is responsible for supporting the development of sophisticated reimbursement data to inform decision making for all revenue activity.
This position supports all other analytics needs for the Reimbursement department and provides analytical support utilizing revenue, collections, billing and other data to other areas of the company.
The Technical Analyst will sit within the Revenue Cycle team and work closely with the IT Development team.
What You'll Do:
Supports management to design and automate data tools to inform all reimbursement decision making including but not limited to:
Billing
Collections
Cash reconciliation
Intake/Admission
Revenue recognition
Employee productivity
Other revenue cycle related data
Provides analytical support to the Financial Services Advisors (FSA) leadership team.
Supports the revenue cycle leadership team with requested analysis.
Creates conclusive reporting and presentations for leadership.
Develops new reporting, as needed.
Provides support to other areas of the company where revenue cycle data expertise is required, including:
Finance
Managed Care
Operations
Skills/Experience You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree preferred; degree in finance, decision sciences, business or another analytical disciplines strongly preferred.
2+ years of experience with data analytics, decision support or similar data intensive position.
Prior healthcare or dialysis industry experience preferred.
Proficient with all Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Word.
Advanced analytical skills required
Excel required (VBA experience preferred)
Access and/or SQL experience required
Microsoft Dynamics, Cognos and Tableau experience is preferred
