Technical Engineer We are looking to add a Technical Engineer to our team! Must have a drive for customer service and experience working in a service desk environment. Established hospital system, located in Northwest Houston. 3-6 month contract position, with possible extensions! Position will be remote to start, then you would go onsite to the office 1-2 days a week. Normal business hours, Monday- Friday Qualifications: CISCO Call Manager 10.x or higher CISCO Unity Connection 10x or higher UCCX 10.x or higher Basic voice gateway configuration and troubleshooting Troubleshooting of user phone and call path issues 2-4 years in Cisco voice engineering experience
