Job Description

Leading Global Multinational Investment Bank and Financial Services Company is seeking a Senior Fulltime Software Engineer to join the Cash Manager NextGen Account Management and Payment Initiation platform within the Corporate Bank

Build a new Account Management and Payment Initiation platform within the Corporate Bank

Lead a team of engineers to design and build software for the Corporate Bank division

Individual will partner with UI/UX Design Team, Architects, Business Analysts and Stakeholders situated in multiple regions and time-zones; at varying capacity to understand requirements

Act as the validation point of contact regarding application challenges, potential gaps, and feedback from pod members and the application stakeholders

Manage the SDLC of software components all the way to production including helping support the application to resolve production issues with appropriate triaging

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology

A minimum of 8 years hands-on experience developing Microservices using Spring Boot framework

A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with Kafka message/event stream-processing

A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with Hadoop (Spark, HBASE, Impala)

A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with React, HTML, CSS (UI development)

A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with enterprise search platforms such as Elastic and/or Solr+

A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Oracle 12c or higher Hands-on experience developing solutions on Linux Rhel6.x or higher OS

Experience with Application performance Management Software such as Splunk preferred

Application development experience using Agile Methodology

Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and writing automated tests

Sound understanding of DevOps practices and software toolchain

Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity is preferred

Scripting experience in Bash or Python is a plus

Sound understanding of data structures and algorithms

Demonstrated experience leading IT delivery teams supporting diversity and inclusion

Demonstrated effective organizational skills and structured way of thinking

Scrum Master certification is preferred

A minimum of 4 years' experience in Transaction Banking Business with experience building Payments
initiation and processing systems.
