IT Service Desk Manager

Direct Hire Opportunity

Minnetonka, MN

Looking for someone to lead a Tier 1 & Tier 2 Service Desk Team someone with the desire to train, mentor and improve current processes is just what this client is looking for!

Experience Needed:

7+ years of professional experience

4+ years of team lead or management experience

Must have experience overseeing a team of Customer Service, Call Center and/or IT Help Desk or Service
Desk Representatives

Must have experience working within a high incoming call environment

Looking for someone with a strong background in customer service/IT service or help desk

Must have experience working with a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Connectwise, etc.)

Someone with experience working within a Healthcare company OR working directly with Healthcare clients is strongly preferred

Any experience supporting EMR/EHR software is preferred

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must have experience interviewing, hiring and having critical conversations with internal employees must have the desire to help everyone on this team succeed and improve!

Looking for someone with a strong analytical mind we need someone that can help improve all areas of this team (call times, call resolution, and decrease call escalations)

Must have experience in a customer facing role you will need to be able to handle questions and incoming calls from customers on a daily basis

A Bachelors Degree is preferred, but not required for this role
