Senior Account Executive Description The Senior Account Executive will join a dynamic team to support the account management and development for North America's lead supplier of seafood products. This individual will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills to optimize existing as well as new client relationships. Responsibilities: Work with the sales team to identify upcoming trade shows and call down lead lists to unearth qualified leads and set appointments Daily work within and updating the CRM system Track a robust trade show calendar and accurately and efficiently keep track of timelines for each show Report to senior leadership on list findings, trends and suggest areas for improvement Display outbound-calling best practices while also showing a proven ability to successfully drive calls and progress leads down the pipeline Create and send follow-up emails to untouched/unconverted leads Maintain and expand business with existing accounts Build and develop new business from lead generation to contract negotiation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in account management/business development Experience with seafood sales Excellent communication, written and verbal Strategic thinking and problem solving skills to cultivate long-lasting client relationships Ability to work among a team as well as independently **Please note: this role will eventually require frequent travel
