Salesforce Service Cloud/Lightning hands on experience

Should have good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud Integrations

Very good understanding of working in agile development model

Participate in requirements gathering efforts (Business Process/Functional and Technical Specifications) for the CRM application

Actively participate in solutioning and design activity of solutions

Provide CRM administration and operational support including user and security management, hierarchies, roles,

data management, and report creation as necessary

Should be a good team player and work with offshore and onsite team
