Extensive hands on development experience in Bloom Reach Hippo CMS and Java, Extensive experience in Content
Management Systems, Experience in migrating legacy CMS to Hippo is another major plus, Expert knowledge of
Architecture, System Integration of CMS systems, and troubleshooting

Deliver on business objectives as well as converge legacy systems into Hippo. Also, solve any other (major) "problems"/" opportunities" team is faced with Sr. Dev / Arch with CMS, Hippo, architecture, System integration skills;
Holistic thinking of involved systems, ability to crack difficult problems (not only in theory but also in practice, i.e. POC), ability to guide junior developers, a great communicator both verbal and written.

Ability to do hands-on development.

Ability to independently deliver, who does well in full-cycle project execution from inception through delivery (as an individual contributor), including hands-on coding (mostly Java). Someone, who can excel at systems integration and solving technical challenges.
