Job Description
Perform full life cycle recruiting tasks such as posting positions to our career portal, sourcing resumes on job boards &
Applicant Tracking System (ATS), speaking with & meeting candidates, obtaining referrals, submitting candidate profiles to customers, prepping individuals for interviews, salary negotiations, checking professional references, and overseeing all necessary on-boarding paperwork before a contractor begins to work with our clients
Source passive and active candidates for requirements from variety of sources.
Technically qualify skills and experience of candidates by interviewing and performing technical screenings.
Evaluate candidate fit and ability for particular positions.
Thoroughly prepare candidates for interviews by having an in-depth knowledge of Client Company.
Complete candidate management including pipeline recruiting, pre-employment references, and ongoing relationship maintenance of existing consultants.
Negotiate compensation and other employment terms with candidates
Populate new candidates, update profiles, and document all daily activity within internal Applicant Tracking System
Attend business development meetings with Account Managers and their clients to qualify requirements through the technical engagement process
Attend daily office Stand Up and weekly requisition prioritization meetings
Experience & Qualifications:
2-5+ years of high performing recruiting experience working at a staffing firm, on a talent acquisition team, within a human resources department, or an annual contest win
Consistent ability to surpass minimum weekly activity and quarterly production goals
Must possess critical thinking, strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
Experience with online software applications and/or MS Office tools
Demonstrate belief in and practice of company Core Values
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, verbal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency, stay even-tempered during unpredictable business outcomes, handle multiple tasks at any given time, and show initiative daily in a fast-paced team environment
